Now in its second year — sharpened by everything we learned running it the first time — Designing 2027 is three days in the forests of Tennessee. Creeks, trails, and the quiet space to think clearly and get honest about what went well last year and what needs to shift in the coming year.
Designing 2027 is three days with a small, highly curated group of people. We gather for reflection, mindfulness, movement, and analog design sessions, both as a group and individually, in the peaceful setting of Evins Mill.
We'll spend our time honestly reflecting on 2026 and setting highly informed intentions for 2027 — looking at your whole life, not just the parts that show up on a résumé. Relationships, finances, work, health, all of it.
And then there's the group. Something happens when a small circle of people spends three unhurried days together, doing real work on their lives — last year's cohort is still texting, checking in, and cheering each other on. Alumni consistently say the relationships they walked away with were as valuable as the retreat itself.
Small group. Great food. No hustle energy — just time and space to reset, think, connect, and design your future.
Two nights at Evins Mill for 20 guests — show up and do the work.
Plus full access to the 40-acre property — trails, waterfalls, and everything else Evins Mill has to offer between sessions.

"I came to Designing 2026 feeling burnt out and disconnected from work I used to love... The retreat helped me reconnect with a sense of purpose and forward movement, with systems to turn priorities into practice. Without reservation, I would recommend this retreat to anyone looking to be intentional about how they show up in the coming year."
"He leads with intention and care, somehow taking a group of relative strangers into a vulnerable and compelling place together. I emerged re-charged with a sense of clarity, drive, and focus I certainly did not have before... 10/10 will do again."
"It is now August, and my life has gotten better in every possible way. I've gotten a new job — a 40% increase in my annual salary — my relationships with my family and my friends have gotten better..."
"The weekend, what I walked away with was the aha of all the things I'd been wanting to do — they'd been living in the abstract, and they got locked in, down into something concrete. Now I have a plan to follow, as well as a hype community cheering me on as I make progress."
"I found it an incredibly valuable way to dig into how I want to show up in different areas of my life — as a leader, personally, in my relationships. I felt like I got more done in a few hours than in almost any other experience I've had recently."
"I can't remember the last time I really invested in myself... new relationships that are so fulfilling, and what feels like success that's going to be so rewarding. Parker, you're my favorite coach — I'm so grateful. I hope others will have the same opportunity. Just do it."
