This notice explains what happens to your information when you visit parkergates.com, sign up for The Practice newsletter, submit the contact form, or share a testimonial. The short version: your information is never sold, and it's never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your info goes straight to Parker — never sold, never shared, never used for anything other than what you signed up for.
What's Collected
Depending on how you interact with the site, this may include:
- Contact form: your name, email, role, company, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Newsletter signup: your name and email address.
- Testimonials: if you submit or agree to have a testimonial published, that includes your name, title, company, and whatever you write — displayed publicly on the testimonials page.
No payment information is collected on this site.
How It's Used
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together.
- To send you The Practice newsletter, if you've signed up — every other Wednesday, and never more often than that.
- To display testimonials that clients have given permission to share publicly.
What's Never Done
- Your information is never sold.
- It's never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
- It's never used to build advertising profiles.
Third-Party Tools
This site uses a small number of outside services to run the forms and features on it: Zoho Forms for the contact form and newsletter signup, and Senja for the testimonials widget. When you submit a form or view an embedded widget, your information passes through that provider's infrastructure, and they may set their own cookies or collect basic technical data (like browser type) as part of operating the tool. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link in any email — no questions asked.
- Email hello@parkergates.com anytime to see what information is on file, correct it, or have it deleted.
- If you'd like a published testimonial edited or removed, the same email address gets it done.
