ABOUT ME
I’ve been sober and active in recovery for 20+ years, have been practicing meditation for 10+ years, and have been studying the Dharma for the past 9 years. I’m trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBRP (Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention). I’ve logged countless hours in therapy doing “the work”. Lastly, I’ve successfully founded and exited multiple start-ups as well as a done my time in corporate America.
I started my coaching practice with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness in their work, relationships, and life. My background in recovery, mindfulness, and design helps my clients to focus, reflect, and refine their lives.
