Reminder: you’re doing great.
My clients are high performers. High achievers. And if you feel like you’re in that same boat, odds are that you are rarely satisfied with your own idea of how well you’re doing.
The level of effort or achievement rarely feels good enough.
If you’re trying, it’s good enough.
If you sit in meditation regularly, it’s good enough.
If you help others regularly, it’s good enough.
If you’re reading this or or reading some other personal development content on the reg, it’s good enough.
If you’re getting exercise 3X a week, it’s good enough.
I know that you probably don’t make as much money as you think you want.
I know you don’t have the 6 pack abs like you want.
I know your house isn’t as clean and kick ass as all those IG posts, but I promise, it’s good enough.
Gratitude. I have a roof over my head. I have central heat/air. I have love in my life. I get to take care of or help someone else who needs it. I have food in my fridge and enough money to pay the bills. I have an abundance. Some might say, an overabundance.
So I know your body and bank account aren’t where you want them. That’s OK. You’ve got plenty, and you’re striving to improve. Those are good things. Now go rest in the satisfaction that you have everything you need and you’re a good person.
